In her current role, Rupali Maini oversees regulatory compliance for the Arka Credit Fund.  With over four years of experience, she specializes in implementing compliance frameworks, overseeing secretarial functions, and ensuring regulatory adherence for group companies, LLPs, and SEBI-licensed entities.

Previously, Rupali played a pivotal role at Alpha Alternatives, where she led compliance initiatives for high-value debt-listed entities in the middle-layer NBFC sector. Her responsibilities encompassed enhancing governance practices, regulatory reporting, and managing audits and inspections, consistently maintaining a strong compliance track record. In addition to her core expertise, Rupali brings valuable experience in IPO management, government tenders, legal compliance, and regulatory documentation.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
